Vergleich der Entgelterhhungen
Im Folgenden eine bersicht der tatschlichen Entgelterhhungen im Vergleich zu den von Arbeitgebern und Gewerkschaften genannten Referenzwerten von 3,2% fr 2019, 3,2% fr 2020 und 1,4% fr 2021. Bercksichtigt ist dabei das gesamte Paket einschlielich linearen Entgeltsteigerungen, Mindesterhhungsbetrgen und der schrittweisen Absenkung des Niveaus der Jahressonderzahlung unter der Annahme, da diese Absenkung ber linear verringerte Prozentbetrge erfolgen wird.

Referenzwerte sind die Erhhungswerte von 3,2% fr 2019, 3,2% fr 2020 und 1,4% fr 2021, die von Arbeitgebern und Gewerkschaften als Tariferhhungen im Einigungspapier vereinbart wurden. Rot hinterlegte Werte liegen darunter, grn hinterlegte Werte darber.
Die Stufe 1 ist grau hinterlegt, da es sich wegen der sehr kurzen Stufenlaufzeit von nur einem Jahr um eine Entgeltstufe handelt, die so gut wie ausschlielich fr neue Mitarbeiter zur Anwendung kommt und so fr eine bersicht der Gehaltsentwicklung fr bereits im Dienst befindliche Kollegen keine Rolle spielt.
Berechnungsbasis ist jeweils das Monatsgehalt unter anteilsmiger Bercksichtigung der Jahressonderzahlung (zu einem Zwlftel). Damit sind sowohl die Entgelterhhungen als auch das Einfrieren der Jahressonderzahlung, was einer linearen Entgeltkrzung gleich kommt, in diesem Vergleich enthalten.
Die Entgeltgruppe E 9a ist nicht dargestellt, da deren berleitungsregeln aus der E 9 noch nicht feststehen.
